Renee Franchi is an attorney at Andreozzi + Foote. Renee handles litigation on behalf of sexual abuse, violent crime, bullying, and human trafficking survivors against various institutions, including, but not limited to, Catholic Diocese and churches, foster care agencies, mentoring organizations, schools, and bars. She has given voice to victims of sexual abuse nationwide, appearing in The New York Times and more.
Before joining Andreozzi + Foote, Renee was a Senior Deputy Prosecutor, prosecuting violent crime and death cases, including strangulation, domestic violence, aggravated assaults, and homicides in jury trials. Renee also served as an appellate attorney, arguing appeals in the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme courts. Renee is a skilled writer and advocate and has had many appeals published. She also served as a member of the Adult Mental Health Court and Juvenile Drug Court treatment court teams.
Renee graduated from Boston University with an undergraduate in Biology and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Maryland’s state and federal courts, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
