Veronica N. Hubbard, Esq. is a Partner at Andreozzi + Foote. Veronica is a dedicated trial attorney and advocate who has devoted her legal career to helping victims and survivors pursue justice, accountability, and meaningful recovery through the civil legal system. She represents individuals and families in complex cases involving sexual abuse, institutional misconduct, negligence, and catastrophic harm, guiding clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives with compassion, determination, and unwavering advocacy.

Veronica utilizes a client-focused approach, working tirelessly to hold individuals, organizations, and institutions accountable when they fail to protect those entrusted to their care. She understands that for many survivors, a civil lawsuit is about far more than financial compensation—it is about being heard, exposing wrongdoing, preventing future harm, and reclaiming a sense of control and dignity. She supports each client in their pursuit of justice.

Before joining Andreozzi + Foote, Veronica represented clients in a broad range of civil matters, including personal injury, family law, and estate litigation. She also served as a Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children in highly contested custody disputes. Her diverse litigation background, coupled with experience arguing before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, provides her with a unique perspective when navigating complex and emotionally sensitive cases.

Veronica is a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association and earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. She is proud to stand alongside a team dedicated to representing victims and survivors nationwide. She is committed to helping clients navigate the legal system with confidence while fighting for the justice, answers, and accountability they deserve.

When she is not practicing law, Veronica enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three young daughters, who are the driving force behind the work she does at Andreozzi + Foote. Her mission is to make the world a safer place for children by holding powerful institutions accountable for the harm their negligence causes.
