Tom Kattnig, a math school teacher and girls basketball coach at Gunnison High School in Colorado, is facing criminal charges and allegations of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.

Kattnig’s charges allege he assaulted a child on a bus in 2021. Gunnison High School website confirms Kattnig’s 25 years of experience teaching and coaching, 21 of which have been with the district. He is on paid administrative leave.
