Ben is the Managing Partner at Andreozzi + Foote. Ben’s career is dedicated to representing survivors of child sexual abuse in civil cases. Ben has represented hundreds of abuse survivors across the country in some of the nation’s most high-profile sexual abuse cases. For example, Ben represented many of Jerry Sandusky’s victims and represents hundreds of Catholic clergy abuse survivors, to name just a few.
Ben is regularly consulted by the media regarding the firm’s work. He has appeared on Today Show, Good Morning America, NBC Nightly News, ABC World News, CBS Evening News, Anderson Cooper, and in the New York Times, USA Today, and many others. Ben also teaches other lawyers how to handle child sexual abuse and crime victim civil cases.
Ben’s results speak for themselves. Along with Nathaniel Foote, Ben obtained a record $88 million-dollar jury verdict for a young sexual abuse victim. Ben is also proud of the significant noneconomic results he has obtained. He takes pride in making institutions change to protect children from abuse better.
Ben’s practice is national in scope. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Arizona, New York, and New Jersey and regularly affiliates with lawyers in other states to represent sexual abuse survivors across the country. He is a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association Advisory Board, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Club, and other local bar associations.
Ben received his law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where he was the captain of the school’s national trial competition team. Ben enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Ciara, and three young children, Rocco, Cecilia, and Anthony.
