Father Michael M. Walters was accused of sexually abusing at least a dozen minors, both boys and girls, during the 1980’s and 1990’s. A criminal investigation into the abuse allegations began in 2016. Five civil suits against Walters have settled. Walter was suspended in 2015 and has been permanently removed from ministry.

Father Walters was ordained in 1965.
