Corporate Community Sponsorship Program
2025-2026 Commitment
Andreozzi + Foote will distribute a total of $100,000 in community sponsorships between December 2025 and December 2026 to Pennsylvania-based organizations that empower children, support survivors of sexual abuse, and strengthen communities.
Mission
The Andreozzi + Foote Fund provides sponsorship awards to organizations that empower children, support survivors of sexual abuse, and strengthen communities through education, advocacy, healing, and opportunity. The Fund also supports initiatives that promote youth health, development, and access to enriching experiences — from trauma recovery and mentoring to positive recreational and leadership programs that help children thrive.
Sponsorship Range
Awards typically range from $2,500 to $25,000. Sponsorship funds may be used for programmatic or general support at the recipient’s discretion.
Geographic Focus (2025-2026 Cycle)
This cycle is open exclusively to organizations based in Pennsylvania or providing direct services to Pennsylvania residents. Andreozzi + Foote is particularly interested in supporting initiatives serving the Philadelphia region while continuing to consider outstanding programs across the Commonwealth.
Who Should Apply
Eligible applicants include:
- U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofits,
- Schools, youth programs, or advocacy coalitions, and
- Community initiatives or professionals (e.g., counselors, educators, advocates) whose work promotes safety, healing, opportunity, or empowerment of children and survivors.
Applicants must have at least one year of operation and demonstrate a clear public-benefit mission. Entities without 501(c)(3) status may apply but must show capacity to manage funds responsibly.
What We Support
Funding may be used for programs and initiatives that advance child safety, healing, and opportunity across Pennsylvania. Examples include:
- Counseling and survivor-support programs that promote healing and recovery
- Child-safety education and prevention initiatives that build awareness and protect youth
- Advocacy, mentoring, and leadership programs that empower children and families
- Youth health and development programs — including sports, recreation, and wellness initiatives that give children safe, positive opportunities to grow
- Staff development, outreach, awareness, and educational materials
- General operating support that sustains an organization’s ongoing impact
We do not fund lobbying, litigation, or political activity.
Reporting
Recipients will provide a short Impact Update within 12 months of receipt, summarizing how funds were used and the outcomes achieved. No itemized accounting is required.
Acknowledgemnet Requirements
Awardees agree to:
1) Display the Andreozzi + Foote logo and link on their website for at least 12 months.
2) Make one social-media post within 90 days of receiving funds acknowledging the sponsorship.
3) Include Andreozzi + Foote in printed or digital materials recognizing funders/supporters.
Recipients will receive an “Andreozzi + Foote Fund Awardee” badge for this purpose.

Disclosure
The Andreozzi + Foote Fund operates as a corporate community-sponsorship program of Andreozzi + Foote. Awards are made as business sponsorships supporting community impact initiatives. Recipients are responsible for any applicable tax reporting. Selection does not create an attorney–client relationship and is not connected to legal referrals.
Sponsorship Award Agreement
This Sponsorship Award Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Andreozzi + Foote (“Sponsor”) and [Recipient Legal Name], a [state] organization (“Recipient”), effective as of the Award Date below.
1) Purpose; Nature of Support
Sponsor is awarding Recipient a community sponsorship award in support of Recipient’s ongoing mission to empower children, promote safety, and support survivors of sexual abuse. This sponsorship provides general or programmatic support, at Recipient’s discretion, to strengthen services aligned with these goals. The parties agree this support is a business sponsorship/marketing expenditure by Sponsor under IRC §162 and not a charitable contribution under IRC §170. Recipient will publicly acknowledge Sponsor as set forth below.
2) Sponsorship Range; Payment Window
Award Amount: $[2,500–$25,000]. Sponsor will disburse the award in one or more installments between December 1, 2025 and December 31, 2026. Payments are contingent on Recipient’s continued eligibility and timely deliverables.
3) Eligibility; Use of Funds
Recipient represents it is either: (a) a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity in good standing, or (b) another community-based organization, school, or initiative operating lawfully in the U.S. that serves a clear public-benefit mission consistent with the goals of this Fund. Funds may be used for any lawful purpose that furthers Recipient’s mission to empower children, protect vulnerable populations, or support survivors of sexual abuse or trauma. Recipient agrees not to use funds for litigation expenses, lobbying, political activity, or private benefit. Recipient affirms it serves Pennsylvania residents and is based in Pennsylvania for this cycle.
4) Independence; No Referrals
Neither party will direct, require, or condition services or referrals as a result of this award. Recipient’s programming, advocacy, and communications remain independent.
5) Acknowledgment; Publicity; Badge
Recipient agrees to publicly acknowledge Sponsor’s support as follows: (1) Display Sponsor’s logo and hyperlink on Recipient’s website for at least 12 months; (2) Publish one social-media mention within 90 days of receiving the sponsorship; (3) Include Sponsor’s name/logo in printed or digital materials recognizing funders. Sponsor will provide an “Andreozzi + Foote Fund Awardee” badge for use solely in connection with this acknowledgment. First-use proofs are subject to one-time approval.
6) Reporting; Records
Within 12 months of receiving payment, Recipient will submit a brief (1–2 page) Impact Update describing how the funds were used and the general impact achieved. No detailed accounting is required. Recipient will maintain books/records related to the award for 3 years and provide reasonable documentation upon request.
7) Safeguarding; Compliance
Recipient affirms it maintains appropriate child-safeguarding policies and nondiscrimination policies; complies with all laws, including privacy/confidentiality for survivors.
8) Suspension/Termination; Clawback
Sponsor may suspend or terminate if Recipient breaches this Agreement or eligibility requirements, or if material misrepresentation/misuse occurs. Unused or misused funds must be returned upon Sponsor’s written demand.
9) Public Announcements
Sponsor may list Recipient as an awardee, including Recipient name, a general award range, and non-confidential summaries.
10) Governing Law; Notices
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Notices may be delivered by confirmed email.
