Justice for Trafficking Survivors of Benjamin Biancofiori Chicago Man Sentenced to 30 Years for Violent Sex Trafficking
A federal judge has sentenced Benjamin Biancofiori, 41, of Naperville, Illinois, to 30 years in prison for violently sex trafficking multiple women over nearly a decade. His conviction marks a critical moment in holding predators accountable but for many survivors, justice is still unfolding.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Biancofiori lured women with false promises of safety and stability, only to subject them to brutal violence, coercion, and control. He forced victims to perform sex acts across the country, kept nearly all their earnings, and even used weapons and threats to trap them when they tried to escape. Two co-defendants have also admitted to conspiring with him and await sentencing.
