I was inspired to dedicate my career to representing survivors of sexual abuse after the mother of a young man who had been sexually abused at a private school came to me and told me that many attorneys had viewed his case, but no one was willing to get involved. There were legal hurdles that many thought were insurmountable. From that day forward, I really dedicated myself morning, noon, and night to trying to find ways to help him pursue justice. And fortunately, at the end of that case, we were very successful. And it allowed me to realize that we can help people that often times are faced with obstacles and roadblocks that others aren’t able to navigate. And we take pride in being able to seek justice for those who feel like they have no other route.
