Amy is an attorney at Andreozzi + Foote. Amy handles cases from their inception
through all stages of litigation, advocating for survivors of sexual abuse, online
sextortion, and sexual assault against institutions, including schools, hospitals, mental
health facilities, and churches. She joined the firm after working at a variety of law firms
handling child sex abuse cases, child sex abuse material matters (“CSAM”),
employment discrimination, personal injury, complex commercial litigation, and Title IX
litigation. She has vast experience in handling complex multi-plaintiff cases against
powerful institutions.
Education & Affiliations:
Amy is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts of Pennsylvania. She
earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was
honored with the Ralph J. Cappy scholarship and Pitt’s Nominee for the National
Association of Women Lawyers’ Award. She clerked for both a federal and state court
judge during and after law school. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her
wife, step-children, and three small dogs. You can catch her at a pickleball court or trivia
night most weeks.
