Emily Brady is a seasoned attorney who brings over twelve years of legal experience and a compassionate, client-focused approach to every case she handles. She is committed to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most difficult legal challenges with clarity, care, and confidence. Throughout her career, Emily has built a diverse legal background, with experience in small and medium-sized firms, as well as solo practice. Her practice areas over the years have included domestic relations, personal injury, sexual abuse litigation, business law, and estate planning.
This broad foundation informs her work at Andreozzi + Foote, where she now focuses her practice. Emily returned to her hometown after law school where she continues to reside with her husband and their four sons. Outside of the courtroom, she is active in her community and enjoys being on the sidelines of her boys’ many sporting events.
Education & Affiliations:
Attorney Emily Brady earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio University’s Scripps School of Journalism, graduating cum laude, with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Political Science. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she was a member of the Law Journal for two years, received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, and graduated in the top 10% of her class.
