Konstantinos (“Kosta”) Patsiopoulos is an attorney at Andreozzi + Foote where he represents survivors of sexual abuse and violent crimes. His civil litigation practice focuses on justice for survivors and accountability for the institutions that enable abuse. Kosta’s prior experience representing domestic violence survivors provides him with the compassion and skillset to better serve his clients.
Prior to joining Andreozzi + Foote, he was a civil defense litigator for nearly a decade at a respected Philadelphia law firm, and previously practiced special education law at a regional defense firm representing school districts, intermediate units, and charter schools. From 2021-2026, Kosta was recognized in the “Ones to Watch” editions of The Best Lawyers in America, and by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” from 2023-2025.
Education & Affiliations:
Kosta is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association. He earned his law degree from Widener Commonwealth Law School, where he was on the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and served as an editor of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics & Race. After law school, Kosta served as a Judicial Fellow in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and clerked for the Honorable Lori K. Serratelli of the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas.
Kosta is an avid hockey fan that loves spending time outside of the office with his wife, two daughters, and their family dog.
